Orders and Payment

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is processed.

Payments are securely processed through Clover and its associated payment-processing services.

By submitting an order, you represent that the payment information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Order Processing

Standard orders are generally processed within 2–3 business days.

Certain products, subscriptions, preorders, or delayed-fulfillment purchases may have different fulfillment dates. When delayed fulfillment applies, the estimated fulfillment timing will be disclosed with the applicable product or order information.

Shipping

Estimated delivery following processing is generally 2–5 business days, although actual delivery times may vary.

CKOFFEE uses carriers including USPS and DHL.

Shipping within the United States is free unless otherwise indicated.

International shipping is available. International delivery times, customs processing, duties, taxes, and other import-related charges may vary by destination.

Subscriptions and Recurring Billing

Certain CKOFFEE products may be offered through subscriptions or recurring billing.

Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, CKOFFEE does not permit order cancellations.
